February

So once again my blogging procrastination has lead me to do a month by month recap.  I admit though, sometimes this is easier than trying to blog about each each specific event in our lives...anyways her is February

Jaxton got his very first haircut.  He was 18 months almost to the day, and it was a very difficult thing for his Mamma to do.  I love everything about his hair.  The curls, the natural highlights, the soft fine baby hair feel.  But it needed to be done and truth be told I actually really liked how it turned out.

Jaxton and I were able to go to Idaho to visit my parents and family.  We were there for an entire week and had a wonderful time.  It was so nice to get away for awhile and just relax with family.  The only thing that would have made it better was if Ryan could have come as well.

Almost daily my dad would take Jaxton out on a walk to feed the ducks.  It was so cute to watch the two of them and I think it was probably Jaxton's favorite part of the whole trip!

Jaxton absolutely loved playing outside and would cry and cry when it was time for him to finally come in.  My parents have a tramp that is ground level which he loved and a rock fountain.  Despite it being February and pretty cold he would play in that fountain all the time throwing rocks and even getting in the water.  It was super cute.
